We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking to become active.
Carrier Liability & Non-Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, the shipment is in the hands of a third-party carrier. PawPeak is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered, or marked as delivered but not received. All delivery issues must be taken up directly with the carrier using your tracking number. PawPeak is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

PawPeak is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by local customs authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
