Welcome to PawPeak. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us
PawPeak is an online retail store selling pet accessories and related products. We are based in Canada and ship to customers across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia.

2. Products
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical item. We make every effort to display accurate colours and descriptions, however we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to cancel any order prior to fulfilment for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched to a third-party carrier, PawPeak is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at pawpeakbusiness@gmail.com. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Carrier & Delivery Liability
PawPeak fulfils orders in good faith and hands shipments to third-party carriers. Once a package has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. PawPeak is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, undelivered, or marked as delivered but not received. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly using their tracking number.

9. Limitation of Liability
PawPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of PawPeak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
